This easy, family-friendly loop trail covers 4.4 miles with 334 feet of elevation gain, making it great for a relaxing hike with subtle elevation changes. The trails are wide, well-maintained, and easy to follow, with pretty forested scenery. The trail features unique highlights including an old power shovel beside the trailand Pyramid Rock and The Caves on the Yellow Trail. Note that the parking area is limited, and the entrance sign can be difficult to spot along Rockingham Road.
