Wepawaug Trails, Orange, Connecticut Wepawaug Trails are easy hikes covering 2 miles with an elevation gain of 226 feet, andthe main Orange Trail is an out-and-back route. The Orange Trail passes North-South through the Wepawaug Conservation Area between Camp Cedarcrest, Route 15, and adjacent residential properties. Key highlights includebeautiful ravines with scenic views of the landscape at trail’s end, as well ascascading waterfalls and flowing brooks. All trails are for passive foot travel only with no bicycles, horses, or motor vehicles allowed. Note thattrail markings can be inconsistent and storm damage may affect conditions, so checking trail status before visiting is recommended.
