Souhegan River Trail is an easy out-and-back trail covering 2.3 miles, located in Milford, New Hampshire. The trail follows the Souhegan River through a mix of state-owned land and leased agricultural fields, withpopular activities including birding, hiking, and running. Two bridges span small watercourses before they enter the Souhegan River. Note that the trail may be flooded during seasonally high water, andtrail markings include white blazes, though some paths are informal and may lead to private land—visitors should stay on designated routes.
