North Branch Cascades Trail This is an easy, flat 1-mile trail through a mossy forest along the cascading river, making it suitable for a range of abilities. The trail features seven stunning cascading waterfalls and numerous deep holes for swimming, and is wheelchair-accessiblewith ADA accessible amenities. The trail includes a dozen waterfalls, andfeatures stone paths and boardwalks along portions of the route. The walking trail offers a unique nature experience in a verdant, moist, and mature hardwood-hemlock-spruce forest along the cold, mountain waters of the North Branch. An old fireplace serves as a notable historic feature along the trail.
