The trails are popular for birding, cross-country skiing, and hiking, andthe park offers panoramic views across Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains in the distance, particularly from Eagle Cliff on the more challenging Ledges Trail. The park’s trail system comprises three interlocking loops—Ledges, Muhley, and Island View trails—with the complete loop around these trails totaling 3.5 miles.
