Molly Stark State Park The main attraction is the Mt. Olga Trail, a 1.7-mile loop that takes approximately 1.5 hours, making ita moderate trail. The trail crosses a small brook, passes through historic stone walls, and ascends gradually through northern hardwoods and spruce-fir forests. At the summit, the former fire watchmen’s lookout tower provides expansive 360-degree views of the southern Vermont Green Mountains, the Berkshires in Massachusetts, and Mount Monadnock in New Hampshire. Additional trails are available in the adjacent Hogback Mountain Conservation Area, including connections that link to the state park. The park also provides excellent opportunities forcross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter.
