Mary Grant Preserve, Acton, Maine The ~0.6-mile outer loop is easy and well marked, making this a perfect choice for casual hikers and families. The preserve encompasses 13 acresand featurestrails covered in pine needles and shaded by towering old pines. The park includes an open area with a picnic table and a picturesque white shed. The sizeable parking area is on the south side of Sam Page Road, and a picnic area is available in the park. This is an ideal short, peaceful walk for all skill levels.
