Holden Nature Trails A well-blazed network of easy trails behind the elementary school, Holden Nature Trails offers an accessible outdoor experience for families and casual hikers. This network of easy to moderate trails loops through woodlands with interpretive panels highlighting animals and plants. Benches are located along the trailsto encourage visitors to pause and enjoy the natural surroundings. The trails feature interpretive pathways dotted with informational panels through woodlands behind Holden Elementary School, withone of the trails connecting to the adjacent Red Barn Campground. This trail is maintained by the Town of Holden.
