Indian Meadow is a 1.6-mile out-and-back trail near Harwinton, Connecticut, generally considered easy and taking about 35 minutes to complete. The property encompasses 34 acresandfeatures a trail system close to 2 miles back and forth that has been cleared and marked by colored blazers. The trail is a forest trail where trailgoers have spotted wildlife. The trails allow you to explore a pollinator meadow and return via a loop, withnative brook trout found in the east branch of Rock Brook which flows through the property. Public access for hiking is available on White Oak Drive with roadside parking permitted next to the wooded area on the left between the 5th and 6th houses as you drive into the road.
