This moderate hike covers 4.9 mi, with an elevation gain of 55 ft, making it accessible for most users. The trail features a wide, compacted gravel surfaceandtravels along a flat and scenic landscape through wetlands, ponds, woods, farmlands, and for several miles travels along the Contoocook River. In improved sections, you will find benches, bike fix stations, smooth gravel surface, and many opportunities to stop and enjoy the view.
