Coleman State Park features more than 28 miles of hiking trails with a network of well-marked routes catering to all skill levels, ranging from easy to moderate difficulty. The terrain is mostly flat, and the trails wind through the trees. The park is the northern terminus of the Androscoggin Trail, a hiking path that extends 55 miles south to Berlin. Coleman State Park is a public recreation area on Little Diamond Pond in Stewartstown, New Hampshire, where Little Diamond Pond offers great trout fishing, and the calm waters are a pleasure to sit by or boat on. Wildlife viewing opportunities include loons and a bald eagle, with moose occasionally spotted near the park.
