Alan & Edgar Rice Nature Preserve This 15.375-acre preserve is located along Lyndeborough Road in Lyndeborough, NHand offers an easy, family-friendly hiking experience. The loop trail through the preserve follows Cold Brook past the Senter Falls cascades. The hike is approximately half a mile, making it accessible for visitors of varying abilities. The surrounding landscape features steep glacial eskers, seep wetlands, and captivating cascading waterfalls. The loop trail is well marked and follows the river halfway around with a nice incline, offering options for different route preferences.
